Tracey Amphlett RGN BSc (Hons) Professional Practice

Tracey is Registered Nurse and Case Manager with over 19 years’ experience. Nursing disciplines include accident and emergency and recovery, cancer nursing through to palliative care in hospitals, nursing homes and clinics.

Tracey’s most recent clinical roles focused on emergency community nursing to include therapy and kidney dialysis for patients with end stage kidney disease, as well as managing patients with traumatic and acquired brain injury and a range of disabilities. Tracey is highly experienced in assessing clients for aids and equipment to enable them to maintain the activities of daily living.

 

Over the past 3 years Tracey has developed a special interest in respiratory malignancy and asbestos related disease and has written numerous reports for the Court for clients who have been diagnosed with mesothelioma.

As a Case Manager Tracey has extensive experience of working with clients with Orthopaedic and Spinal injuries, pressure ulcers, renal care (including dialysis), end stage kidney failure and organ transplant.

 

Along with her nursing qualifications Tracey has also undertaken medico legal training and acts as a course marker for a local College of Further Education for courses relating to providing end of life care.
