We are specialists in industrial disease (asbestosis, mesothelioma, silicosis etc), malignancy & respiratory illness as well as spinal, orthopaedic injury and trauma.

• Detailed assessment of clients at their home or by video call or telephone and the provision of a care report

• Attending conferences

• Joint discussions with other experts

The requirements of each case are assessed, and timescales agreed on an individual basis, but we endeavour to assess each client within 4 weeks of confirmed instruction. We will then prepare a report within 4 weeks of the client assessment. Our approach is underpinned by responsiveness allied with accuracy. Timescales can often be expedited but not at the expense of quality.    

 

Our specialist team provide detailed independent assessments for both claimants and defendants, and as single joint experts.  We put our duty to the court, honesty and credibility front and centre of all our work.
